Contact & support

We’re here to help

Graduates and employers share one support inbox, so an account, application, posting or billing question never has to find the right department first. Describe what happened and we will pick it up from there.

Send us a message

Pick the topic closest to your question — it opens a message to our support inbox with the subject already filled in.

What to include

  • The email address on your account, so we can find it.
  • The job title or a link to the posting, if it is about a specific role.
  • What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • Any error text you saw — a screenshot works just as well.

Frequently asked questions

The questions the inbox gets most, split by who is asking.

Graduates

Is HireNewGrads free for graduates?
Yes. Creating a profile, browsing every listing and applying to as many roles as you like costs nothing.
How do I know whether a role is open to me?
Every posting names the oldest graduation year it will consider, and that is shown on the listing before you apply. Many name no year at all, which means every graduate qualifies. There is no experience field on this board, so a posting cannot ask you for years you do not have.
I cannot sign in. What should I do?
Use the password-reset link on the sign-in page first. If the reset email has not arrived after ten minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us from the address on the account so we can look it up.
Where do I see the applications I have sent?
Sign in and open Applications in your dashboard. Every role you have applied to is listed there with its current status, which updates as the employer moves it along.

Employers

How do I post a role?
Create an employer account, add your company, then publish the listing from your dashboard. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page.
There is no experience field on the posting form. Is something missing?
No — it is deliberate. This board is for people at the start of their career, so a posting cannot ask for years of experience. You set the oldest graduation year you will consider instead, and that is what candidates see and are matched against.
My posting is not showing on the board.
Check its status in your dashboard first: a draft or an expired listing will not appear in search or on your company profile. If it is published and still missing, send us the posting link and we will take a look.
Where do I manage billing and receipts?
Billing lives in your employer dashboard. Every listing you have paid for has a receipt there that you can open or print.
