1)What this service is

This site is a venue for users to create accounts and post content. We are not an employer, a recruiter, an employment agency, or a party to any application, interview, offer, or contract that follows. We do not guarantee that any posting will attract applicants, that any application will receive a reply, or that any hiring outcome will occur.

2)We do not verify employers — do your own checks

We provide the platform and nothing more: employers create their own accounts and publish their own postings, and candidates create their own accounts and apply. We do not verify, screen, endorse, or vouch for any company, recruiter, or individual who registers here, and we do not confirm that a posting is genuine, that a role exists, or that its pay, location, or requirements are accurate. Before you apply, share personal documents, attend an interview, or accept an offer, satisfy yourself about who you are dealing with — research the company independently, confirm it through a source other than this site, and be cautious with anyone who asks you for money, banking details, or identity documents. Any dealings between a candidate and an employer are solely between them.

3)Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, and remove any posting or content, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice and without liability to you. We reserve that right in full. You may close your account at any time. Where an employer has paid for a posting that we remove for reasons other than a breach of these terms, contact us and we will deal with the unused portion.

4)Accounts and acceptable use

• -You are responsible for account credentials and account activity.
• -You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
• -You must not misuse the platform, post unlawful content, or violate rights of others.

5)Job postings and applications

• -Employers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of job postings.
• -Candidates are responsible for submitted application information.
• -We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate quality, or posting performance.

6)Intellectual property

The platform, software, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as allowed by law or written permission, you may not copy, modify, or distribute protected content.

7)Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

8)Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the services, are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection rights.

9)Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
