Your roadmap to hired

Whether you’re after your first role or hiring your first grad, here’s the path.

  1. 1
    Step 01

    Build your profile

  2. 2
    Step 02

    Find roles open to you

Every posting states the oldest graduation year it accepts, so you can see at a glance whether you qualify before spending time on it.

  1. 3
    Step 03

    Apply and message directly

Apply in a few clicks and talk to the employer from your dashboard — no cover-letter guesswork about experience you do not have.

  2. 4
    Step 04

    Track it to an offer

Every application, reply and status change lives in one place, so you always know where each one stands.

Is HireNewGrads free for graduates?
Yes. Creating a profile, browsing every listing and applying to as many roles as you like costs nothing.
How do you make sure roles are actually open to new grads?
There is no experience field on this board — an employer cannot ask for years of experience because there is nowhere to enter it. Instead each posting names the oldest graduation year it will consider, and that is shown on the listing.
I graduated a few years ago. Can I still apply?
That is up to each role. A posting is open to anyone who graduated in the year it names or later, and many name no year at all, which means every graduate qualifies. The listing tells you before you apply.
What does it cost employers to post?
Plans run from a single posting up to ongoing packages. Current prices are on the pricing page.
