What to know before you publish your first listing.
What happens when a listing reaches its end date?
It stops appearing as an active public listing and no longer accepts new applications. Nothing is lost — the posting, its applicants and your message threads stay in your employer dashboard, and you can publish the role again as a new listing whenever you need to.
How do graduates apply to my listing?
You choose the methods per job: apply on this site (profile and resume held here), or email, phone, mailing address, walk-in instructions, or an external application URL. Candidates only see the methods you turn on. Applications made here land in your employer dashboard, where you can move them through your pipeline and message the candidate — pausing or closing the thread when the conversation is done.
Do you charge graduates to apply?
No. Creating a profile, browsing every listing and applying costs graduates nothing. Employers pay for listings; graduates never do.
